About me
As a Chief Operating Officer with over two decades of hands-on experience in operations, change management, and strategic leadership, I specialize in guiding organizations through complex operational challenges with purpose-driven solutions. I’ve worked across government, post-secondary, and non-profit sectors, including my leadership at the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis, where I’ve streamlined operations and optimized workforce planning.
I hold an MBA from Western Governors University and an Ed.D. from Johns Hopkins University, a top research institution, as well as Business Analytics from Harvard Online Business School.
